CATERING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking catering services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Requirements

Catering services are subject to availability.
A signed agreement and deposit may be required to secure a reservation.
Event dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by Get It Twisted.

Minimum Guest Count

Standard catering service requires a minimum of 100 guests for Saturday events.
Minimum requirements for other days may vary.

Pricing

Pricing is based on guest count, menu selections, travel requirements, and event details.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Sales tax will be added where applicable.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% may be required to reserve an event date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional charges based on expenses incurred and preparation completed.

Guest Count Changes

Final guest count must be provided no later than 7 days before the event.
Increases may be accommodated based on availability.
Reductions may not result in price reductions after the final count deadline.

Site Requirements

The client is responsible for:

Providing sufficient parking and operating space for the food truck.
Obtaining any required permissions from the venue.
Providing safe access to the event location.

Weather and Force Majeure

Get It Twisted is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Utility failures
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Liability

Get It Twisted shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from catering services.
